GREAT PORTABLE SAWMILL SHOOTOUT 2005: INOFFICIAL RESULTS

Again, Logosol produced consistent results at the Shootout. Rob and Martin produced 214 Board Feed/Hour, almost as much as expensive band saws. The yield was 82%, again proving the reliable function of the chain saw mill.

Sawmill EXPO was June 3-4, Ohio

Sawmill & Woodlot EXPO - Sawmill shootout! June 3-4, 2005 at the Eastwood Expo Center in Youngstown Ohio.

Sawmill and Woodlot also arrange the Sawmill Shootout. Logosol has participated in every shootout and we are proud to have proved the Logosol technology in competition with other fine sawmills!

We was sawing with the M7 and the Timberjig and demonstrated the four side planer PH260. Also, we'll brought the Stack Cutter , the Soloplaner and the Log house moulder!

At the previous Shootout in 2003, the Sawmill & Woodlot wrote:

"Logosol didn't only break the 200 board feet / hour, they blew it away, turning 480 board feet of lumber in 105 minutes and 47 seconds, for a cutting rate of 272 board feet per hour, and a lumber recovery factor of 0.90. Plus, they had no miscuts."
