The log bed is critically important on a bandsaw mill, and many mills in this price class struggle to keep it stable—especially when handling large logs. The B701 features a torsion-resistant log bed that stays steady, even when loading, rotating, or processing very large timber.

Smart features—taken straight from our professional models

The heavy-duty band wheels are borrowed from our larger models. They double as fan blades, clearing sawdust from the blade covers and cooling the blade efficiently. The band wheels are fully adjustable for perfectly straight cuts. The saw carriage is easily locked in place for blade changes. These are details that make a real difference in daily use.

Motor options to suit your needs

Whether you want a petrol engine to move the mill between different sites, or you prefer the quiet operation of an electric motor, we offer two great options:

• Petrol engine 13.5 hp (B&S) – powerful, reliable, and mobile. Available with electric start.
• Electric motor 4.6 kW – quieter, more efficient, and maintenance-free. Requires 400V, 3-phase, 16A fuse.

All engine options for Logosol bandsaws are carefully selected for a perfect sawing experience! We offer several interesting motors, both economical options and abundant power. We recommend one of the electric motors for stationary installation as it is quieter and more powerful. The petrol engines are suitable for those who want to move the sawmill or do not have access to electricity at the sawing site.
